• We have a Head of Bureau, with Bureau Managers, leading and managing small teams of Bureau Officers.
• In addition to the managers’ ongoing auditing of each officer’s accuracy of billing and follow-up, we have two full time Quality Assurance resources, who conduct regular audits of the Bureau staff.
